1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Excellence Trading is a professional training centre specialising in market finance, stock markets and trading.

The client wishing to take advantage of one of the training courses offered by Excellence Trading undertakes to read the general terms and conditions of sale below and expressly accepts them without reservation at the time of registration.

 

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

All requests for training are subject to an educational and financial proposal (quotation) from the Training Centre. The Customer's formal acceptance of this commercial proposal must be received by the Training Centre at least 21 working days before the date of the first Training session. This constitutes a definitive order and implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and the agreed dates and place where the Training Course will occur. At the end of the Training session, the Training Centre will send the Customer: an invoice, a copy of the attendance list, evaluations and an end-of-training certificate.

 

 

3. OUR TRAINING COURSES

 

A. "Initiation Day”

Article 1: Nature and characteristics of the course

The aim of the "Initiation Day" course is to discover the world of trading and financial markets, and to define the client's training needs.

 

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

This course is aimed at anyone wishing to discover the world of trading and investment. No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

Article 3: Organisation of training

The course :

- Duration: 8 hours: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (Paris time, France).

- Place: Videoconference

Article 4: Assessment of course completion

A training completion certificate is issued to the customer.

Article 5: Course fees

The net price of the service is set at €279.00.

Lunch will be taken in nearby restaurants, together with the trainer and any participants who so wish. The price of each meal is not included in the course fee. Travel and accommodation costs are also not included in the course fee.

Only the customer may take part in the course. No accompanying persons are admitted.

Article 6: Payment for the course

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer to Excellence Trading.

Training cannot take place until full payment has been received.

 

Article 7: Proof of payment

Following payment for the course, the client will receive an email confirming receipt of the funds and therefore payment. This e-mail must be kept by the client and constitutes proof of the transaction between Excellence Trading and the client.

Article 8: Withdrawal period

From the date of signing this contract, the customer has 10 days in which to withdraw.

Any customer wishing to withdraw from the contract must inform the training centre by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. In this case, no sum may be demanded from the customer.

Article 9: Surrender or abandonment :

In accordance with Article L. 6354-1 of the French Labour Code :

a. In the event of cancellation of this contract by the customer less than 30 clear days before the start of the training course, the centre will deduct from the total cost the sums due to it for carrying out the said course.

b. In the event of unilateral modification by the training centre of any of the elements set out in article 1 and in the attached documents, the customer reserves the right to terminate this contract. However, the cancellation period is limited to 30 clear days prior to the planned start date of the course mentioned in this contract. In this case, the contract will be terminated early.

Article 10: Cancellation conditions

Cancellation by the trainer :

The trainer reserves the right to cancel a course if there are only 2 participants or in the event of the trainer's illness or force majeure preventing him/her from giving the course. If there are only two or fewer participants, the distance between them will be taken into account and the course will be maintained as far as possible. In the event of cancellation, those registered will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a later session or a full refund. No reimbursement will be made for any expenses incurred in attending a course.

 

Cancellation by a participant :

Any participant wishing to cancel their enrolment will only be refunded the amount already paid if their request is received more than 30 days before the scheduled training date, for whatever reason. Between 30 days and the course date, any payment received will be retained as compensation.

However, if cancellation is due to force majeure on the part of the participant, reimbursement will be made up to the amount already paid, on presentation of proof only, regardless of the date of the cancellation request. In all cases, it will be possible to postpone the course to a subsequent training session without penalty and with the agreement of the trainer.

Article 11: Interruption of the course and breach of contract

- If Excellence Trading fails to carry out all or part of the training course, it will be obliged to reimburse the client for any sums received unduly as a result.

- If the customer causes the course to be interrupted, he/she will be liable for :

  • Payment for hours actually worked on a pro rata basis;

  • Payment of 50% of the remaining cost as compensation for hours not attended.

- If the customer is prevented from attending the training course as a result of duly recognized force majeure, the training contract will be terminated. In this case, only the services actually provided will be due, pro rata temporis to their value as set out in this contract.

B. “TRADERS ESSENTIALS” training

Article 1: Nature and characteristics of the course

The aim of the "TRADERS ESSENTIALS" course is to provide clients with the following knowledge: the fundamental principles and rules for understanding the economy and economic figures, how the financial markets work, financial instruments, financial culture, the trader's environment, graphical and technical analysis and risk management.

The client will be able to analyse financial situations and take action over the short, medium and long term.

 

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

This course is aimed at individuals and professionals, from beginners to experienced traders, who want to learn about trading and its fundamental principles. No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

Article 3: Organisation of training

The course :

- Duration: 5 days: from 9am to 1pm, and from 2pm to 6pm (Paris time, France), i.e. 40 hours.

- Place: Paris La Défense

- Technical and teaching resources used:

  • A participative and experimental approach, based on customer expectations.

  • Theoretical explanations supported by a slide show, followed by progressive exercises.

  • Re-appropriation exercises at the beginning of each session, enabling customers to assess their knowledge throughout the course.

  • Case studies and live market situations (analysis of financial situations and simulated order placement).

 

Article 4: Assessment of course completion

At the end of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued to the customer.

 

Article 5: Course fees

The net price of the service is set at €2,890.00.

Lunch will be taken in nearby restaurants, together with the trainer and any participants who so wish. The price of each meal is not included in the course fee. Travel and accommodation costs are also not included in the course fee.

The aim of the "TRADERS ELITE" course is to provide clients with the following knowledge: financial market mechanisms and their specific trading features, analysis of geopolitical and macroeconomic news, professional operating methods and strategies, psychology of market participants.

Customers will be able to analyse financial situations and intervene independently over the short, medium and long term.

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

This course is aimed at individuals and professionals, from beginners to experienced traders, wishing to become a trader on their own account or within a financial company. No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

Article 3: Organisation of training

The course :

- Duration: 5 days: from 9am to 1pm, and from 2pm to 6pm (Paris time, France), i.e. 40 hours.

- Place: Paris La Défense

- Technical and teaching resources used:

  • A participative and experimental approach, based on customer expectations.

The aim of the "SPECIAL CRYPTOS" course is to specialise in the cryptocurrency market. You will be able to analyse crypto-currencies, taking into account the specific features of each, and implement the best strategies.

 

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

Article 3: Organisation of training

The course :

- Duration: 8 hours: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (Paris time, France).

- Place: Videoconference

E. “INDIVIDUAL COACHING”

Article 1: Nature and characteristics of the course

“INDIVIDUAL COACHING” is an individual training course with a personalized programme defined by mutual agreement with the customer. The aim is to identify the customer's strengths and weaknesses, and the way in which he/she operates on the market, in order to improve his/her results.

 

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

This course is aimed at individuals and professionals, from beginners to experienced traders, who want to improve their trading performance. No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

Article 3: Organisation of training

A typical training day:

- Duration: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (Paris time, France).

- Location: Paris La Défense, or at the customer's home if they so wish, or any other location agreed between the parties.

- Technical and teaching resources used:

  • A participative and experimental approach, based on customer expectations.

  • Theoretical explanations supported by a slide show, followed by progressive exercises.

  • Exercises to help customers re-acquire the knowledge they need.

  • Case studies and live market situations (analysis of financial situations and simulated order placement).

 

Article 4: Assessment of course completion

At the end of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued to the trainee.

 

Article 5: Course fees

The unit net price for 1 day of "INDIVIDUAL COACHING" is set at €1,590.00. The total price of the service is calculated according to the number of days of "INDIVIDUAL COACHING" requested by the customer.

If the customer decides that the "INDIVIDUAL COACHING" course should take place at his/her home or at any other location agreed between the parties, the trainer's transport costs (return transport costs to the customer's home or to this other location) and accommodation costs (hotel costs in the vicinity of the customer's home or this other location) will be added to the total price of the course.

 

Lunch will be taken in nearby restaurants, together with the trainer and any participants who so wish. The price of each meal is not included in the course fee. Travel and accommodation costs are also not included in the course fee.

Only the customer may take part in the course. No accompanying persons are admitted.

F. “PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR”

Article 1: Nature and characteristics of the course

The "PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR" training course is designed for professionals in the form of a seminar (in a group) or on an individual basis, with a personalized programme defined by mutual agreement with the client(s), depending on the market(s) in which the trainees operate. The aim is to identify the trainee's (or trainees') strengths and weaknesses, and their method of operating on the markets in order to improve their results.

Article 2: Prerequisites and level of prior knowledge required

This course is aimed at individuals and professionals, from beginners to experienced traders, who want to improve their trading performance. No diploma or prior knowledge is required to follow the course, except knowledge of the Web environment.

 

Article 3: Organisation of training

A typical training day:

- Duration: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (Paris time, France).

- Location: Paris La Défense, or at the customer's place of residence if they so wish, or any other location agreed between the parties.

- Technical and teaching resources used:

  • A participative and experimental approach, based on customer expectations.

  • Theoretical explanations supported by a slide show, followed by progressive exercises.

  • Exercises to help trainees re-acquire the necessary knowledge.

  • Case studies and live market situations (analysis of financial situations and simulated order placement).

 

Article 4: Assessment of course completion

At the end of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued to the trainee(s).

Article 5: Course fees

The total netprice of the "PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR" service is set on a case-by-case basis according to the number of trainees, expressed in all taxes included.

If the customer decides that the "PROFESSIONAL SEMINAR" training course should take place at their place of residence or any other mutually agreed location, the transport costs (return transport costs to the customer's place of residence, or this other location) and the accommodation costs (hotel costs close to the customer's place of residence or this other location) of the trainer will be added to the total price of the training course.

In all cases, it will be possible to postpone the course to a subsequent training session without penalty and with the agreement of the trainer.

Article 11: Interruption of the course and breach of contract

- If Excellence Trading fails to carry out all or part of the training course, it will be obliged to reimburse the client for any sums received unduly as a result.

- If the customer causes the course to be interrupted, he/she will be liable for :

  • Payment for hours actually worked on a pro rata basis;

  • Payment of 50% of the remaining cost as compensation for hours not attended.

- If the customer is prevented from attending the training course as a result of duly recognized force majeure, the training contract will be terminated. In this case, only the services actually provided will be due, pro rata temporis to their value as set out in this contract.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The Excellence Trading website, as well as everything associated with it, belongs to Excellence Trading. Under no circumstances may the client or any third party copy or use for non-personal purposes the elements that make up the site, namely: the content of the site, illustrations, logos, images, catalogues and texts.

Excellence Trading grants a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right to use the content of the Site. This right of use includes the right to reproduce for storage for the purposes of representation on a single-user screen and reproduction for printing on paper. Any distribution for purposes other than those authorized by Excellence Trading is prohibited. This right is personal and reserved for the exclusive use of the client and cannot be transferred.

If the aforementioned clause is not respected, the customer risks three years' imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros, in accordance with Article L. 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

If the relationship between the client and Excellence Trading gives rise to disputes or differences that cannot be settled amicably, the Commercial Court of Paris will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

 

 

6. RISKS OF THE ACTIVITY OF TRADING

 

Trading can expose you to losses greater than the deposits you make with your broker or financial intermediary. The website and the training courses do not constitute an offer of investment advice or an incitement to buy or sell financial instruments. All investors must make their own judgement before investing in a financial instrument to ensure that it is suitable for their financial, tax and legal situation. The trainee(s) authorise(s) Excellence Trading to use his/her (their) image rights in the event of photos being taken during the training course, for a period of 3 years plus the current year. With a view to respecting privacy, Excellence Trading undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of personal information, carried out as part of the registration process and during visits to the website, is carried out in accordance with articles 39, 41 and 42 of the amended law of January 6th, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the "Data Protection Act" and the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27th, 2016 (GDPR).
